You might be asking yourself, what is a Skell? A Skell is a multi-dimensional being that travels the glass road and by appearance to human eyes has nothing but a skeleton for a body with a skull that changes colors. They are so much more than they appear so allow us to explain. The changing colors are how the Skells communicate with one another, swirls of colors in place of words and emotions. These diminutive folks like to cause little bits of mischief throughout the universe, everything from stealing one sock from a pair, to relocating your car keys moments before you need them most. They perform other functions in the universe but this appears to be their main focus.

Skells are also the subject of an art collaboration between LindaLee and a group that calls themselves, Skel-E-Tunes (their chosen moniker) that combine photography, some wickedly psychedelic photoshop treatment, with video slideshows featuring music composed to accompany the skeletal adventurers. We hope you find them as entertaining as we do. It is our chance to explore new digital mediums while keeping the content light hearted as opposed to the seemingly macabre nature the imagery might suggest.
