What is Poofff?
Poofff.com is a St Louis based art collective that is making its way into the digital age. Poofff was originally started as a place to share photography by photographer Nik Landon but as other people showed interest, Nik decided to open the site up in a way that could provide other photographers and visual artists a place to show their work. The site has continued to grow and recently underwent a fairly sizable upgrade. We’ve added many other elements that fall under the digital art medium which ultimately inspired some fun collaborations Click here to see the Skells. As the site continues to evolve we have plans to add new photography exhibits, games and we’re even expanding into developing a few ongoing stories that you’ll be able to follow for your entertainment.
Where to find news…
We’ve recently added a blog where we will be releasing new posts when we can and when we do it will generally happen on a Wednesday. We would be absolutely thrilled if you came back and took a look at what we have to say. The blog will cover many topics but will usually lean toward what is happening at Poofff as well as what new projects we’re involved with. The Homepage
The home page is pretty easy to navigate, see an image you like? Click it and it will take you to associated content. We’ll be adding and subtracting from the home page here and there so do not be surprised if you click something one day and the next it is gone… the content is probably still there you’ll just need to find it using our menu structure. For now we’ve got our multimedia slideshows, a lot of great fashion photography, the blog, and some fun puzzles (that only work on a desktop or laptop, we’re hoping we can figure out how to make them work with your touch devices) and have a lot more in the works. If this is your first visit, we encourage you to make sure that it is not your last so that you can share in the evolution of this site with us.
One last thing
Finally, we have added an ecommerce storefront to the site where you can purchase jewelry for now and soon we’ll be making Skell-E-Tunes .MP3s available for purchase and download as well, so be on the lookout for that, coming soon!
